Personal Trainer
Danny Campagna
I have been involved in some form of sports or strength and conditioning my whole life. After collegiate soccer came to an end in 2015, I wanted to find a way to stay involved in helping others reach their health and fitness goals. Going back to school for a Master’s degree helped me fine tune my coaching skills and knowledge. After school, I began working as a personal trainer and group fitness coach, mainly CrossFit. As an athlete, I started CrossFit in 2016 after looking to find a community and sport that would keep me coming back to train everyday. Sports, coaching, and competitive fitness have allowed me to meet new people and travel all across the world. Outside of the gym, I work full time as a Firefighter/Paramedic and use my training to stay healthy and injury free on the job in varying challenging environments during my shifts.
Why join CEF?
Becoming a member at CEF will open the doors to a great fitness community that keeps members returning workout after workout. No matter your goal, a qualified coach will be able to point you in the right direction and guide you along the way. CEF offers both class style workouts and personal training for those who may have specific skills or events they want to work towards. It is hard to find gyms that seamlessly integrate both options and CEF does this exceptionally well.
